Woodridge Elementary Carnival & Raffle

Carnival will be held on Friday, October 26th. All tickets are due by 6:30 PM on October 26th. Winners will be ANNOUNCED Monday, October 29th.

 

This packet contains raffle tickets to raise money for Woodridge Elementary through the HOCUS POCUS HEIGHTS CARNIVAL. This is our school’s largest fundraiser and primary source of funding   for classroom improvements, science labs and much more!

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE IT A SUCCESS!!!

  • Make this fundraiser FUN. Be positive, all proceeds benefit YOU!
  • Wear your Woodridge, Carnival or Alamo Heights t-shirt!
  • Ask relatives, close friends and neighbors. Ask to sell at an event or business.
  • Fill out ticket and tear off stubs. Return stubs in envelope.
  • Collect money and place in envelope (Make checks payable to Woodridge PTO).
  • Tickets and money may be turned in daily to your teacher.
  • Additional tickets may be picked up in office.
  • You do not need to be present to win.
  • Your last chance to turn in tickets will be Friday, October 26th.
  • Winning items that will fit in your child’s backpack will be sent home for delivery on October 29th.
  • We will notify winners of large items for pick up as well as Grand Prize winners.
